Web Design
One of the most common reasons clients reach out to me is because they need changes to their website but have no access to it, no working knowledge of how to make the changes and sadly, because the person who built the site is not responsive. Businesses can't afford to have missing elements, broken links, outdated content or lead generation forms that don't work. In addition to design, I offer services to continuously monitor, update and/or train clients on the basics.
Data Base Management & Automations
Your database is a goldmine. Most small businesses fail to utilize this precious resource to its fullest extent. With a little help from a friend (that's me) we can transfer, upload, organize your contacts, track, nurture and manage leads, integrate your database with other marketing platforms, create automations and make full use out of all the bells and whistles you're likely already paying for.
Branding
My favorite types of projects is assisting entrepreneurs through the earliest, most critical decisions. I help clients make smart, strategic choices based on their industry, audience, and budget so they spend wisely and launch confidently. I offer services such as naming the business and crafting a logo and tagline (while checking for trademark issues), as well as setting up essential platforms like email and social media that help bring their vision to life.
Print/Traditional Marketing
Traditional marketing is not dead. In fact, the more local your target market, the most essential it is to add billboards, radio, direct mail, and other print and event/network marketing to your mix. Statistically these mediums still outperform many online and social media efforts.
Email Marketing
Email Marketing plays an important part in managing the relationship with new leads and customers. A few advantages of this marketing tactic include that it offers a consistent and affordable opportunity to inform, engage and up-sell to an audience who have already expressed interest in your brand. Where business owners often fall flat is executing this tactic strategically and/or consistently integrating this tactic within their overall marketing plan.
